Hotel & Apartments Hec Residence - Sveti Stefan

the hotel boasts a great location with stunning views of the sea. the rooms were spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with comfortable beds and excellent air conditioning. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty options and it was lovely to enjoy it on the terrace. the rooftop pool was a great addition, perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful scenery. the friendly, well-trained staff were a highlight, always willing to help and ensure we had a comfortable stay.

The limited parking space which was tight and difficult to manoeuvre.

We had a great time on our city break! The rooms were spacious, and we loved the sea views from the balcony. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the beach and restaurants. we enjoyed the excellent food and drinks at the hotel's on-site restaurant and bar.

There were a couple of things we didn't like. The air conditioning in the room wasn't very effective, so we had to have the patio door open at times, which was noisy due to traffic on the main road.

Located between Budva and Sveti Stefan, the hotel is away from main tourist attractions. The breakfast there has a very good variety. We had dinner at the hotel one evening and found it very pleasant and good value (12 euros for buffet style dinner).

Slightly noisy as it is situated near an uphill bend of the main road but when the windows are closed it's not much of a problem.

We had a lovely weekend in this hotel. The lady at the reception desk on arrival was extremely kind and polite and made us immediately feel welcome. She upgraded both of us to a bigger room. The rooms we got were beautiful, comfy beds, clean, free wireless internet, sea view with balcony. The hotel is located near the beach, 5 minutes walk max. It is quiet during the night, even though it is located near the main road. Breakfast was included in the price. Plenty of choice, good quality and fresh. I stayed in many hotels and the service of the staff was absolutely outstanding!! They really made me feel welcome and at home. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely hotel and it was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a short walk to the beach, and I was able to easily explore the surrounding area.

For families looking for a luxurious and comfortable hotel, I highly recommend this venue. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with its proximity to the beach and easy access to transportation.

The location of this hotel is perfect for beach lovers as it is only a short walk away. the staff are very polite and efficient, always helping me out with whatever I needed to know. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi connection is excellent. the breakfast served here is good, and the hotel facilities provide everything you need to have a comfortable stay.

The staff and the service was exellent. The day , I stayed in the hotel, was my birthday and when I came back from the beach I found a bottle of wine and a massege sent for my birthday from the management and the hotel staff in my room, It was a very beautiful suprise that I appreciated a lot

I'll return to the hotel in the future to spend some holidays

Peaceful location with Adriatic Sea/Sveti Nikola view from balcony. Close proximity to bus station and beach. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Clean rooms with regular cleaning. Good Wi-Fi connection. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Beautiful view from the double room suite. Good service in the restaurant

My family was extremely happy with the hotel.

The Hotel Manager and staff were very kind and helpful . The rooms were quite nice .We had two rooms and when the aircondition was not functioning properly they changed our room immediately .
